- You get one fixed price in writing before you pay.
- Government fees are extra, charged at actual cost with receipts.
- Government processing times are outside our control, but we keep you updated at every step.
- You can cancel under our refund policy.
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a service from GETITR, a service of Stakespark Private Limited ("we", "us"). By paying for a service, you agree to them.
Our services
We help you register and run your business in India, for example company, LLP and proprietorship registration, GST and MSME registration, licences, trademarks and tax filings. Each service is prepared and filed by our team, and registrations are handled by a Chartered Accountant.
Prices and payment
- The price shown for a service is our professional fee. GST is added to our fee where applicable.
- Government fees, stamp duty and similar charges are extra. We charge them at actual cost and share the receipts.
- You can pay online through our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Work starts once we receive your payment and the documents we need.
What we need from you
- Documents and information that are true, complete and your own, or that you have permission to share.
- Quick replies when the government or we ask for something, so your application doesn't get delayed.
- Your approval before we file anything in your name.
Timelines
We show typical timelines on our website and in your client portal. Part of every process depends on government departments, which we can't control. Their delays, queries or rejections are not a breach of these terms. If the government asks for changes, we make them and resubmit at no extra charge for our work.

Our responsibility
We carry out every service with care and skill. We aren't a law firm, and the information on this website is general, not legal or tax advice for your situation. If something goes wrong because of our work, our total responsibility is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that service.

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay is the one that applies to your service.
