How we look after your information

- We only collect what we need to register your business.
- Your documents go only to the government portals that need them.
- We never sell your details or use them for marketing calls.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
GETITR is a service of Stakespark Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number and the business type you pick. You send these to us yourself by WhatsApp or email.
- When you become a client: the details and documents needed to register your business. For example PAN, Aadhaar, photo, address proof, office address proof and the details of each owner.
- When you use the client portal: your email address, so you can sign in and see your progress.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and give you a price.
- To prepare and file your registration with the government.
- To send you updates about your registration.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties, such as keeping invoices.
We don't use your information for anything else, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
- Government portals that process your registration, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GST and Udyam.
- Certifying authorities that issue digital signatures, when your registration needs one.
- Service providers we rely on to run our work, such as Google (Firebase), which hosts the client portal and sign-in. They only store the information for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Razorpay, our payment partner, when you pay online. They collect your card, UPI or bank details directly. We never see or store them.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
If you reach our website from one of our Google ads, Google may use cookies to tell us that a visit led to an enquiry or a payment. This only helps us measure which ads work. It doesn't tell us who you are. You can control ad cookies in your Google account's ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working on your registration, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete it.
How we keep it safe
Only the people working on your registration can see your information. The client portal uses secure sign-in, and each client can only see their own company.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it
- stop using your information, if you withdraw your consent

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, email info@getitr.com with the subject "Privacy". We'll respond within 7 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
