Refunds and cancellations

- Nothing is charged until you agree to a price in writing.
- Cancel before we file with the government and we refund our fee.
- Government and digital signature fees already paid for you can't be refunded, because they go to third parties.
This policy applies to all services from GETITR, a service of Stakespark Private Limited.
Before you pay
You get the full price in writing first, with our fee and the government fees shown separately. You only pay once you agree to it.
If you cancel before we file
If you cancel before we submit your application to the government, we refund our full fee. From that, we only deduct any government fees or digital signature fees we have already paid for you. We'll show you the receipts for these.
If you cancel after we file
Once your application has been submitted to the government, our fee can't be refunded, because the work has been done. Government fees are kept by the government and we can't get them back.
If the government asks for changes
Sometimes the government asks for a correction or rejects a company name. If that happens, we make the changes and resubmit at no extra charge for our work. If the government charges a new fee, we'll tell you before paying it.
How to cancel
Call, WhatsApp or email us and tell us you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm the refund amount in writing.
When you'll get your money
We send approved refunds within 7 working days, using the same method you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
